Spray Line Operator

We are seeking individuals keen on stepping into the role of a Spray Line Operator, situated at our workshop in Shepshed, working Tuesday - Saturday.

The position will require an eye for detail and someone who is methodical and technically minded. Training will be provided by our staff.

Your job will include, but is not limited to:

- Loading wood onto the 5-axis automated spray line machine.
- Maintaining equipment.
- Establishing machine settings.
- Loading material onto drying racks and trolleys.
- Measuring and filling paints as necessary to complete jobs.
- Heavy lifting, along with other manual handling tasks.
- Following processes to ensure that the machine is running as efficiently as possible.
- Assisting other workshop departments when necessary.
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy.

Relevant experience working on a spray line or machine operating would be advantageous but not necessary.

Qualifications:

- GCSEs grades 9-7/A-C in Maths and English Language (desirable).
