Full Job Description
Spring Lodge is home to Lincolnshire's Sexual Assault Referral Centre and the Independent Sexual Violence Advisor service. We currently have a vacancy to support with the day to day administration duties of the team and the centre. The post is for 30 hours per week and the successful person will need to pass Level NPPV2 Police vetting.Main duties of the job To provide general administration duties to the team, including answer the phone, taking messages, responding to emails, photocopying, scanning, dealing with enquires. To provide a professional reception service. Effective communication with visitors, staff and other professionals. maintaining confidentiality at all times. Receiving new and emergency referrals and adding them to RIO. To respond to queries and incoming calls on a daily basis. Sometimes this can involve information of a emotional and distressing nature. To provide a full and efficient secretarial and clerical service to the Spring Lodge team. Deal with Petty Cash. Be responsible for stock control, date rotation and ordering of forensic packs, stationary etc.
- Carry out routine checks through out the building.
- Produce rota's for out of hours crisis workers.
- Assist in arranging appointments and diary management using Microsoft calendar.
- Carry out environmental swabbing following forensic clean.
- Take DNA swabs for national database for any visitors to forensic side of the building.
- Taking minutes in meetings and sending out accurate minutes to staff.
