Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Inclusion, the Senior Coordinator, Global Inclusion supports the implementation of employee engagement, inclusion, communication, and learning projects aligned with the global strategy of the Office of Global Inclusion. This individual will support and partner with others to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into employee engagement and learning projects. This person will work with a wide variety of collaborators across the business to build a sense of belonging, enabling employees to be themselves at Paramount Global and do their best work! What will you be doing?

  • Work closely with Senior Manager, Global Inclusion to oversee Employee Resource Group (ERG) leadership teams across the International Markets, from Executive Sponsor/Champions to Co-Chairs, to provide guidance and support to advance their strategic plans.
  • Responsible for comprehensive operational support of ERG events from planning to execution to post-event summary.
  • Act as liaison between appropriate teams such as Office Services and Tech to support the production of in-person and virtual events and to ensure all virtual events are live streamed or recorded for later viewing.
  • Provide input into ERG programming, policies, practices, and offerings, and collect and review data to support recommendations on programs/practices to ERG and OGI leadership.
  • Regularly track ERG metrics to support with the evaluation and progress of efforts against strategic goals and overall strategy.
  • Support management with the engagement of ERGs by onboarding new leaders, coordinating regional council meetings with ERG leadership teams, and organising activations to recruit members and volunteers.
  • Run ERG social media accounts and regularly share metrics Senior Management.
  • Support Inclusion Week programs and initiatives for International Markets.
  • Responsible for processing expense reports and supplier invoices in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships and liaise with key departments to amplify the work of OGI.
  • Conduct ongoing market research on the best industry standards, trends, emerging issues, and solutions and produce the bi-weekly OGI International newsletter.
  • Find opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships with key external organisations.

    A shown interest in global inclusion strategy, ideally with previous experience in inclusion related projects and programs, and a strong sense of curiosity with the ability to dig deeper beneath the surface.
  • Exemplary written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills and able demonstate a high degree of accuracy, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Highly motivated individual who can handle multiple work streams using resourcefulness and talent to proactively develop, drive, and implement projects to completion and implement processes from start to finish.
  • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, and ideally design applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Adaptive when it comes to the shifting landscape and culture of the enterprise.
  • Due to the nature of work within the Office of Global Inclusion, the candidate must also bring considerable judgement and discretion in handling complex and confidential issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, ability to maintain positive working relationships at all organisational levels.
  • Previous demonstration of dedication to the goals, objectives, and principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
