Full Job Description

The Senior Learning Program Manager for Proficiency Learning is a key member of the EU ATS Learning team, responsible for driving network-wide learning programs. This role encompasses the ownership and leadership of the ATS T1 - L6 proficiency training portfolio across Sort Centers and Surface Transportation, including change management, onboarding, launch and continuous improvement., The Senior Learning Program Manager will support Learning Business Partners and Learning Managers to ensure that both existing and new Proficiency Learning programs are continually aligned to meet internal customers' needs. They will work to standardize, simplify, and improve the overall learning experience across Sort Centers and Surface Transportation, from onboarding through to maintaining and increasing proficiency in role. The goal is to consistently make a positive impact on key business safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience metrics.,

  • Aggregate and analyze learning metrics to identify opportunities to support the EU ATS network with learning products and programs; design new metrics in the absence of existing data


  • Identify emerging technology and programmatic solutions to enhance the learning experience and reduce the resources/cost/lead time required to develop and execute training


  • Partner with key business stakeholders to understand gaps in learning programs and offer thoughtful, data-driven solutions to business problems, propose and create new programs where appropriate


  • Develop strategies and processes in partnership with other team leaders to ensure effective delivery of EU ATS training programs for Associates and Leaders


  • Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key training processes and initiatives across the EU ATS network


  • Contribute to and influence the adoption of learning solutions


  • Drive alignment to standardize learning solutions and programs as well as gain feedback from the operational teams on opportunities for continuous improvement


  • Own the change management process end to end

    Successful candidates will possess a creative, hands-on approach, coupled with strong knowledge of operations, program and portfolio management, change management, are data-driven, with strong analytical thinking skills. Exceptional presentation and persuasion abilities are essential, as this role requires the ability to influence without direct authority.,
  • A Bachelor's Degree


  • Extensive experience in project management and change management within a learning and development or training environment

  • Proven track record of either leading and developing high-performing teams, or influencing without direct authority


  • Demonstrated expertise in an operations environment


  • Excellent data-driven, analytical thinking skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions


  • Outstanding communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority


  • Strong and demonstrated stakeholder management and collaboration skills


  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in related field


  • Evidence of ability to prioritize, manage, and complete projects with tight deadlines


  • Experience developing and implementing department goals and strategies based on broader organization goals


  • Experience working with and delivering training/information to peers and associates


  • Experience interpreting data analytics


  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy


  • Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment


  • Previous Kaizen/Continuous Improvement experience


  • Aptitude for learning and leveraging science and technology for both solution design and data analysis


  • Ability to actively use metrics, and training data to track and manage impact of training efforts
