Want to be part of a fast-paced, innovative team pioneering new ways of going to market in one of Amazon's biggest traffic channels? The CXIM team is looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to join the traffic team, who is customer-obsessed, analytical, and has a passion for driving results. The candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy to use our Amazon onsite channels to drive customer traffic to various product categories across Stores, focusing on acquisition and engagement. They will work across internal teams, including content, programs, and central marketing teams, to create impactful and on-brand marketing campaigns and optimize channels to drive results. We are focused on improving the way we show up to customers in this high-visibility space, and we take the collective responsibility to raise the bar on the overall customer experience, including optimizing content, copy, creative, targeting, and overall freshness and relevance.,

  • Own the Amazon Homepage & Detail page channels for Stores, managing strategy, customer experience, processes, and partner team mechanisms to drive traffic, revenue growth, and customer acquisition and engagement across different product categories.
  • Own the campaign automation roadmap to improve customer experience and conversion with personalized recommendations across Europe.
  • Influence partner central teams and tech teams to drive inclusion in critical marketing activations and innovation roadmap for the Onsite channels.
  • Onboard new marketing tools and processes (self-service SOPs, offshoring, etc.) to drive innovation and scale across Onsite programs for all European stores.
  • Develop and own the experimentation roadmap to optimize channel performance (creative, messaging, targeting, etc.). Scale learnings by revising the channel playbook for use by partner teams across Europe.
  • Onboard new reporting dashboards to enable measurement of financial and acquisition metrics for the Onsite channels across Europe.
  • Combine analytical rigor and strategic thinking to develop well-reasoned recommendations that balance customer needs with business priorities. Confidently present these proposals to leadership to ensure alignment on goal and secure buy-ins for new initiatives.

    The right person in this role will be able to deal with ambiguity and take the lead in defining frameworks where no prior examples exist. They will be an ambitious self-starter with the ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be analytically minded, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to influence others. They will be passionate about creating engaging marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers, using data to continuously optimize. They will also be comfortable working across different geographical regions, managing campaigns for an average of five EU countries at any one time., Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience managing stakeholders in complex projects and environments, Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting - Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
