We're passionate about providing a high level of service to both our shipper base and our parcel recipients, ensuring that every interaction we have is a success., To help driving this growth, we are looking to hire an experienced Program Manager to join the Amazon Shipping Support and Programs Team, responsible for owning voice of shipper mechanisms and supporting process improvements and innovation to delight our Shippers and Recipients. In this role, you will be required to wear multiple hats and work across programs, being responsible for delivering solutions that are scalable and flexible while maintaining a strong customer focus.,

  • Be responsible for owning Voice of Shipper program across EU to capture thematic pain points and defects from multiple listening channels
  • Prioritize and drive key quality-oriented short and long-term resolutions for Shippers and internal partner teams (Commercial, Programs, Product and Operations) to raise the bar on the quality of our service.
  • Develop effective and repeatable listening mechanisms to capture Shipper sentiment and feedback
  • Dive deep EU trends to identify issues root causes and develop actionable solutions to improve Shipper and Recipient Experience
  • Work cross-functionally with Business, Product and Operations teams to ensure development and implementation of new solutions as per timelines.

    The ideal candidate will have significant experience in program management and process improvement and possess strong stakeholder management skills to enable cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will also have excellent analytical abilities and strong business acumen. They will be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and be motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment., Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
