Full Job Description
As (Sr.) Product Engineer (m/f/d) - GaN, you will join our talented and ambitious Gallium Nitride (GaN) R&D team, directly contributing to our ability to successfully produce GaN devices. What you will do
- Demonstrate proficiency in electrical results analysis (parametric probe, final tests data)
- Build dashboards to map out yield across the supply chain
- Perform yield analysis and oversee lots disposition work
- Support and partially lead failure investigations for low yield with stakeholders
- Support and drive yield improvement and cost reduction activities
Master's degree in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar discipline (PhD preferred) - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, depending on educational credentials
- Experience of power semiconductor devices, ideally wide band gap GaN HEMTs
- Industrial experience in yield or product engineering highly desirable
- Strong data analysis skill and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and professional experience in multicultural environment
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written), German is a plus
