  • Head Product Vision & Strategy : Define and communicate a clear product vision for the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with business goals and ensuring team and partner passion.

  • Optimize Processes : Enhance end-to-end service journeys (HR, Finance, IT) by establishing automated workflows and optimizing ticket handling processes.

  • Roadmap & Prioritization : Translate business goals into a prioritized roadmap, focusing on efficiency and user experience improvements for Global Business Services.

  • Collaboration: Work closely withDigital Product teams, collaborators, and UX experts to continuously improve the product by incorporating feedback and usability research, refining the user experience.

  • Sprint Planning & Delivery : Own theProduct backlog and sprint planning, ensuring continuous delivery by refining and estimating user stories for future sprints.

  • Measure Success : Define and supervise success metrics through quarterly objectives and key results, aligning with strategic business outcomes.

    This role plays a key part in modernizing our service delivery capabilities with the digital products optimising the way we deliver services within the LEGO Group.

    A Product Manager for the Global Business Services (GBS) department at The LEGO Group is accountable for the success of their product, setting the product vision and strategy, defining objectives and key results for the product team, in close alignment with their partners and supported by talented teams of Engineers, Digital Designers, Architects and Agile Coaches, amongst others. The Product Manager owns the product backlog, prioritising and maintaining the development of opportunities that the team are working on, ensuring that they deliver the most significant value for LEGO and for our customers.

    As a Product Manager, you will create an environment for continuous improvement in the product team, promoting and living our values, recognizing everyone's potential to deliver unique experiences for LEGO across the physical and digital world.

  • Good knowledge of the business domain and technology landscape within corporate shared service functions (e.g. IT, HR, Finance, Procurement)

  • Excellent partner management and relationship building skills

  • A phenomenal communicator and ability to clearly articulate the problem, gaining requirements and communicating proposed solutions to senior leaders

  • Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams within Digital and our business to create an aligned product vision

  • Ability to understand and draw out key themes and trends from analysis of service and end-user data to identify productivity and experience improvement opportunities

  • Technically curious, with a good understanding of software development practices

  • Able to make and take ownership for decisions at a fast pace

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrixed organisation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Great at providing feedback in a way that is both specific, constructive and meaningful

  • Proven experience working as a Product Manager for digital solutions such as ServiceNow

  • Leading cross-functional agile teams through the full product life cycle

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow or an alike service management system is advantageous

  • Experience in leading products at scale within an Enterprise context also advantageous
