Sr. Sales Sourcer (Temp)

Vimeo is in a period of hyper-growth! As a key member of our recruiting team, the Sr. Sourcer will join our London office as a specialist in sourcing and identifying exceptional talent for highly specialized Sales & Marketing related positions in a competitive market.
What you'll do:

Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse sales talent, including active and passive candidate sourcing, cold calling and internet sourcing.
Screen prospective candidates for company culture and role fit as well as sell candidates on taking the first step toward a rewarding career path at Vimeo.
Partner with hiring managers, Senior Recruiters, HR BPs to develop scalable sourcing strategies.
Meet aggressive hiring goals in a metrics-driven organization.
Understand the importance of data integrity and following internal processes. You maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS.
Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.

4+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or tech-focused in-house recruiting team
Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers
Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with diverse talent
Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume.
Ability to thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
Experience working in a team-based environment

Familiarity with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System
