SSP Health - Area Manager

We are looking for a driven and motivated candidate to provide support to our Practice Managers. The candidate will provide leadership and management skills to enable the practices to meet their agreed aims and objectives within a profitable, efficient, safe and effective working environment, as well as support, communicate and deliver central changes and messages to the practice leaders., To ensure SSP Health practices are fully compliant increasing efficiencies and maximising income streams to ensure practices remain sustainable

To ensure that staff are fully trained, staff are proficient in their roles and are delivering to their objectives

To ensure that there are full monitoring systems in place, ensure support and monitoring schedules in place for each practice create long term sustainable viable practices
