St Helena Hospice Night Health Care Assistant

St Helena Hospice is seeking Health Care Assistants, to work within the night sitting service in the Hospice in the Home team. The shift times are 7.30 pm - 8.00am, both full and part time hours will be considered., The key priorities of this role are:

To provide physical, social, emotional and spiritual care in the patients home in agreement with the patient and family, and under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager, SinglePoint.

To provide support to the registered nurses in responding to palliative and end of life patients in the last few weeks of life.
