Full Job Description

  • Ensure that the client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered and measured and are in line with the CH&CO brand.
  • Set clear expectations to all staff regarding merchandising and service standards to ensure that all services provided are of the highest standards.
  • To analyse the cost and sales mix to deliver profitability on all lines and to make recommendations on pricing strategy.
  • To utilise information technology for sales and data analysis and forward planning.
  • Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality, and safety standards as set out in the appropriate CH&CO manual
  • Lead and train staff, ensuring excellent customer service. Manage schedules, provide training, and give feedback to improve performance and productivity
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations in the stadium, ensuring all stands and kiosks are well-staffed, stocked, and running smoothly during events. This includes overseeing setup and breakdown, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring health and safety standards are met
