Staff Canteen Supervisor

dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the

Staff Canteen as our Staff Restaurant Supervisor. This role is for a position in our staff / colleague restaurant, located in the back of house department, and does not include front of house guest service.

The supervisor of our staff

restaurant monitors the daily operations, ensuring that all team members are

well cared for and that meal services operate seamlessly. Key responsibilities

include monitoring food safety and hygiene standards, managing food service,

and assisting with staff training, all while ensuring the smooth functioning of

Proven experience

successfully supervising a team

Food Safety knowledge

and certificates are desirable

Excellent

customer service skills

Possess the

ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills

Good command

of the English language, both spoken and written

Display a

polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests, either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in

the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
