Full Job Description

  • Maintaining a database on all staff to include their permanent schedules and rank
  • Performing checks on the scheduling system confirming staff assigned schedule
  • Updating management on the weekly staffing with actual vs. required staffing counts
  • Preparing quarterly audits of staff passes to ensure they are always up to date
  • Sending the pier staff hours by email and by post after every call
  • Monitoring the quality of service being provided by staff
  • Assisting with the training of new staff members
  • Making sure all the employees are in uniform at all times
  • Creating staff passes before the beginning of the season

    Relevant qualifications or degree would be beneficial
  • Some HR knowledge is essential, preferably within the travel industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed orientated and multi-tasker - enjoy working within fast paced environment, under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data entry and sorting abilities - speed and accuracy is a key
  • Capable to analyse and resolve issues independently
