Full Job Description

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a qualified RMN to be appointed in a busy, friendly team where your skills and ideas are valued and your development supported. As a RMN in the team you will be responsible for providing assessment and treatment for older persons experiencing Mental Health problems.

An excellent opportunity to work as a registered mental health nurse in Angelton Clinic, an in-patient Older Persons Mental Health assessment unit. The post holder will have excellent communication skills, positive attitude to working with people with complex mental health needs and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team., If you would like to be part of the team you will need to demonstrate an understanding of this service user group, and have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for caring for older people with dementia/Mental Health. It would be advantageous to have an understanding and knowledge of the therapeutic approaches that work in such a setting. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not necessary for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
