Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our General Medicine Christiansen Unit. Our unit has 16-18 beds and features a diverse team committed to providing high-quality care for patients with various medical conditions., + Direct Patient Care: Administer medications and monitor vital signs for patients with various medical conditions.
+ Assistance with Daily Activities: Support patients with personal care and daily living tasks to enhance their comfort and independence.
+ Collaborative Care Planning: Work with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
+ Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records in line with NHS guidelines.
+ Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and discharge plans.

1. Clinical Proficiency: Strong nursing skills, including assessment and emergency care.
2. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
