Full Job Description

The Rheumatology Department at The Royal Wolverhampton Trust is now the largest Rheumatology Service in the West Midlands providing a wide range services in Wolverhampton, Cannock, and Walsall. The service supports two-day units; one on the Wolverhampton site and the other on the Cannock site. The units will have the capacity for 22-day case spaces, 6 of which are used to support research and development within the unit.

The department has close links with a dedicated Rheumatology R&D team. In addition, the service also provides a musculoskeletal ultrasound service on the Cannock Chase Hospital site. The service also works in partnership with other neighboring Trusts to provide rheumatology clinics in Bridgnorth., We are looking for a Staff Nurse who wishes to develop their clinical skills within our busy Rheumatology Specialist Service with an interest in bone health.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a specialty that is rapidly expanding, and that requires enthusiastic and motivated people so we can fully support our service requirements.

Ideally you will have some experience working within a medical / surgical setting and be proactive towards developing your rheumatology skills.

You will receive full support from our Rheumatology Clinical Nurse Specialists and Bone Health Team.
