Ward 2 is a 26 bedded busy, elderly rehab ward. The ward meets the needs of adult patients requiring in hospital treatment for a range of conditions. We work as part of an MDT which includes our Physios, Occupational therapists and consultant
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Band 5 Nurse to join the Elderly rehab team on Ward 2. Full time
Excellent opportunities are available for personal and professional development. You need to be a team player and have the ability to deliver safe and high quality care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Experience working in the Elderly care setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
