Full Job Description

Assess the physical and psycho-social needs of patients and deliver a high level of therapeutic interventions based on best available evidence.
To manage own work load, delivering and evaluating service delivery to patients with a variety of complex medical conditions.
To take part in the referral management process to ensure patients are treated by the most appropriate member of the team.
To contribute in the development of protocols and procedures developed for clinical pathways.
Participate in the 5 day working rotas

As a Staff Nurse you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
