Full Job Description
- Assess the physical and psycho-social needs of patients and deliver a high level of therapeutic interventions based on best available evidence.
- To manage own work load, delivering and evaluating service delivery to patients with a variety of complex medical conditions.
- To take part in the referral management process to ensure patients are treated by the most appropriate member of the team.
- To contribute in the development of protocols and procedures developed for clinical pathways.
- Participate in the 5 day working rotas
As a Staff Nurse you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
