Woodchurch ward is an acute female admission ward for a range of people, predominantly older people, providing person centred care via our dedicated multi-disciplinary team. We are fully rotational covering long days and nights, weekends and bank holidays. Our flexible rota system allows good work-life balance while our teams attend work with utmost passion and compassion providing evidence based interventions through solution focused approaches and delivering excellent patient care. The ideal candidate for the role will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with Strong interpersonal skills and good communication both verbal and written. You will be committed to working with people with severe mental health problems in a ward environment., Essential
