Full Job Description

To ensure a safe and timely patient experience including thesmooth running of the department in the absence of the manager

Ordering of departmental stock and equipment, be aware of budget constraints and assist withdepartmental Audits when asked.

To supervise the work of student nurses and support workers

To ensure patient care and safety is evaluated whilst on duty

To be responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation andevaluation of programmes of care without direct supervision.

The successful candidate would be a highly motivated individual and have flexibility with their work patterns. They will be well organized and be able to adapt quickly to change. To be friendly and to have an open attitude a must., The successful candidate will in return have a challenging but rewarding job.We offer 4-6 months mentorship where you will gain valuable knowledge and skills.Some Knowledge of Vascular dressings and ENT an advantage.
