Staff Nurse - Beaconsfield East

The job requires someone that is enthusiastic and dynamic in elderly rehabilitation and would want to create a positive and unique patient experience., Role will involve developing, implementing and evaluating a programme of care in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.

Your role will require you to participate in all ward activities as an effective team member, supporting the ward manager and Sister and taking delegated team leadership responsibilities.

You will also be required to teach and supervise qualified and unqualified staff, and to act as a role model to junior staff.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
