Work closely with professionals and patients to prevent hospital admissions., Delivering essential IV therapy services and ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Partnering with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and engaging with patients effectively
- Managing a dynamic caseload, reviewing patient progress daily for optimal outcomes
- Collaborating in weekly MDT meetings to track patient growth and success
- Maintaining precise electronic documentation in adherence to professional standards and local guidelines
