Staff Nurse - Day Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and committed Staff Nurse to join our client's day team. This position presents a great opportunity for a Staff Nurse to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives by delivering exceptional nursing care aligned with their personalised care plans. The role is located in an exceptional care home, beautifully restored to offer a country house atmosphere while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.,

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and record resident vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for residents
• Maintain accurate and detailed resident records
• Support and educate residents and their families about health conditions and treatment plans
  
  Nursing qualification (RGN or RMN) and a valid UK NMC Pin
• Ability to work with empathy, respect, and a non-judgmental approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
