An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse to assist in the service delivery of the Discharge Lounge., To understand the role in more detail please read the full job description and person specification documents which are attached to this advert.

The Discharge Lounge operates Monday-Friday 8am-8pm based at both Bournemouth ad Poole sites. Our aim is to provide a comfortable and safe environment for our patients transferring from hospital to home and to support timely flow and bed availability in UHD.
Applicants will be expected to be flexible to a developing service, have an innovative approach to meet the needs of the patients and service. Applicants should meet the essential requirements and recent experience working as a Staff Nurse and experience in discharge planning would be desirable.
