Full Job Description

The post holder will assess, plan, evaluate and deliver all relevant aspects of patient care in a caring, compassionate and sensitive manner. Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the clinical governance process. Act as a mentor/preceptor to junior staff, with specific responsibility for pre-registration students. The post holder will take delegated responsibility for the management of the clinical team and the maintenance of high standards of quality patient care on a shift basis., You will ensure the smooth running of the ward as to safe admission, transfer, and discharge of patients and must be committed to providing a high standard of nursing care and have the drive to want to make a difference to patient care. Ward A7 is a great opportunity for; compassionate, enthusiastic and highly motivated nurses who are interested in working on a busy acute ward, with an intention to develop their clinical and leadership skills.
