Full Job Description

We are a busy department and rely on excellent communication skills and organisation to ensure the smooth running of clinics cross-sites. The successful applicant will be required to support the Sister in managing and leading the team in providing excellent patient care. A specialist interest or experience in ENT is essential. Clinical experience in providing ear care, pre-operative assessment and assisting with minor surgical procedures are desirable., You will be providing high quality nursing care in the specialties of Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) and Plastics. Our service is mainly based in Townland Community Hospital in Henley-on-Thames. Successful candidate would be expected to support activity cross-sites. Delivering excellence in patient care and patient experience is our driving force and in return we offer commitment to your personal development. Informal visits to the department are welcome so you can come and see us and discuss your needs and see the way that care is delivered., The post holder works as a skilled practitioner and is responsible for the delivery of patient -focused programmes of care, which address the complex and changing health and well-being needs of the client group in their clinical area. The post holder ensures the smooth running of the ward / department in the absence of the Ward Sister/ Charge Nurse, and provides clinical and managerial leadership to nursing and support staff.

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with excellent clinical, decision making and communication skills and someone who has the ability to translate the trust's vision into action.,
