Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Kenyon ward, nursing up to 22 patients who have undergone complex surgery, and are therefore looking for an individualindividual who will thrive in supporting a team who are caring for patients with complex orthopaedic needs and are able to adapt to work quickly in the event of patient deterioration.

Good knowledge of central venous devices and their management would be advantageous, although not essential., The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse (General) with good communication skills the ability to assist with change and the drive to improve and develop clinical practice. They will need to be a motivated and confident individual who also shows initiative, is a team player is flexible and reliable to meet the demands of the service and able to demonstrate consistently high standards of work.
