Full Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's nursing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to older adults in a nursing home setting.,
- Provide nursing care to adult patients in a nursing home environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and report changes in patient's condition
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Valid RGN (Registered General Nurse) certification - Proven experience in a nursing home setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
