Full Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client's team for night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, particularly with neurological conditions and physical disabilities, and will contribute to maintaining their good CQC (Care Quality Commission) rating by providing high-quality patient care.,

  • Provide high-quality and compassionate nursing care to patients with neurological conditions and physical disabilities, including conducting initial patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and patient safety
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and response to treatments, and promptly report any changes to the medical team
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to develop and implement comprehensive and effective care plans
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and clinical standards, contributing to the maintenance of our good CQC rating through meticulous attention to detail and proactive quality improvement initiatives

    RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification
  • Experience working with patients with neurological conditions and physical disabilities, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique care needs (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of clinical best practices and CQC standards, with a proven track record of maintaining high-quality patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and a diverse healthcare team
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, demonstrating strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
