Our Ward is committed to delivering high quality care to our Service Users with a focus on Service User and Carers involvement at every level.
+ 12 bedded Organic Assessment & Treatment Ward at Berrywood
We offer a Preceptorship Programme, mandatory and area specific training programme including Personal Safety Course and opportunities for ongoing learning within NHFT through links with Northampton University and The Open University., NHFT is committed to building a diverse workforce, ensuring staff are treated fairly at work and ensuring all staff have the learning and development they need on equality in order to undertake their job role
In addition to the benefits offered under the NHS terms and conditions of service, this post additionally attracts an incentive of £5000 pro rata for the successful applicant/s paid over the first 18 months of employment. Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHFT) has a purpose built inpatient mental health unit for older adults in Northampton at Berrywood Hospital. We are currently recruiting for Band 5 RMN's on Brookview Ward which is a 8 bedded Organic Ward for the over 65 years old.
