Staff Nurse - Oxborough Ward

We are looking for innovative and compassionate people to join our multidisciplinary team within our busy 33 bedded Gastroenterology - offering specialised and excellent care for gastroenterology patients as well as other general medical conditions. We want people who have a vision for implementing change in order to offer a gold standard service to our patients, whilst continuing with your professional development to continue our work in ensuring we maintain the fantastic Quality Assurance Visit standards. • Registered Nurse with the NMC
• Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
Desirable criteria
• Teaching and Assessing qualification
• Undertaken mentorship training, Relevant experience of looking after patients in a healthcare environment
• Relevant Post-Registration clinical experience
Desirable criteria
• Clinical Governance experience
• Risk Management experience, Ability to work as part of a team
• Confident and calm attitude with an ability to work under pressure
• Ability to provide holistic nursing care
• Teaching, assessment and supervision of others
Desirable criteria
• Knowledge of professional issues in nursing incorporating NMC and IPAC
