Staff Nurse (RGN)

This is a modern, purpose-built nursing home providing residential and nursing. Our client are in search of a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN) to join their dynamic healthcare team. The position offers day shifts, providing a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the well-being of their residents.,

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients following established protocols and procedures
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient well-being
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments
• Maintaining precise patient records and comprehensive documentation
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to care planning
  
  RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification
• Valid UK NMC Pin
• Valid nursing license and registration
• Preferably, prior experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Commitment to maintaining the highest nursing practice standards
