Are you an RN with an interest in complex health and the management of the acutely unwell patient and looking for a role at Wythenshawe Hospital?
We are looking for nurses with a passion for working with patients with complex needs.
Do you feel you could deliver a high level of care to patients in an acute setting and provide up-to-date knowledge and skills to your colleagues on the management of patients with complex needs?
Ward A3 is a orthopedic ward, caring for both elective and trauma patients. The ward also cares for silver trauma patients. It consists of 28 beds. The ward works using a multidisciplinary approach and are looking for new team members who have an interest in frailty and caring for the older person with complex needs.

The post holder will assess, plan, evaluate and deliver all relevant aspects of patient care in a caring, compassionate and sensitive manner.
Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the clinical governance process.
Act as a mentor/preceptor to junior staff, with specific responsibility for pre-registration students.
The post holder will take delegated responsibility for the management of the clinical team and the maintenance of high standards of quality patient care on a shift basis.
