Full Job Description

  • Working alongside members of the MDT to provide individualised plans of care for patients.
  • Assessing, creating and following holistically created care plans for patients.
  • Administering of medications.
  • Chronic and post operative wound care management.
  • Working alongside the existing ward team to create a safe, efficient flow of patients through the department.

    Our 32 bedded short stay ward, C3, is now looking for band 5 registered nurses to compliment and enhance our existing team. The ward cares of a range of multi specialty patients including; general medicine, surgery, ENT and orthopaedic patients. Previous experience in any of these specialties would be a distinct advantage but full support, training and career development opportunities will be provided for all successful candidates.
