Starbucks West Lothian Assistant Manager

We are seeking dedicated Leaders to oversee our retail operations in Edinburgh and Lothian areas . Ideal candidates will have a strong background in leadership, food safety and team management within the hospitality or restaurant industry., Assistant store manager is required to exercise initiative in managing the overall operation of the store in line with Store manager ops and brand standards plan.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Supervise and train staff on food preparation, bartending, and customer service
- Create staff schedules and monitor employee performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the culinary or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
