Full Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a STARS Technician to join our Product Test team in providing quality and compliant Sensor testing. Through visual inspection of sensors and undertaking a series of physical testing procedures, you will utilise laboratory equipment, machinery and instruments to perform sensor testing and batch record review and approval to support product release, on-market stability, complaints, and product development trials.

You should be excited about working in a fast-paced environment within a hard-working and welcoming team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can effectively multi-task whilst working within the scope of procedures and protocols, and offer good communication and time management skills. This is a shift working role, on a rotating pattern of early and late shifts (0600 - 1400 and 1400 - 2200), on the following basis: Saturday to Wednesday.

To be successful, you should have completed secondary education in English and Mathematics, and preference will be given to candidates with a scientific based background, although we would welcome applicants with transferable skills. It would be an advantage to have experience in a regulated, quality oriented industry with experience of GLP and GMP, but full training will be provided.
