Full Job Description

Join our dynamic team at the brand-new STEM & Health Skills Centre in Bodmin, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional administrative support to staff, while supporting students, and providing an excellent experience for visitors. As the STEM & Health Skills Centre Administrator, you will be instrumental in managing critical college data functions, ensuring the smooth running of operations across the STEM & Health programme areas delivered at the campus.

In this role, you will provide professional and efficient administrative services, including timetabling support, register modifications, student enrolments, and validation of recorded information. You will also assist Programme Team Administrators (PTAs) and contribute to secretarial duties, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the teams.

A key part of your role will be creating a welcoming environment for students and visitors. As the first point of contact, you'll manage their inquiries and ensure their needs are met to provide a positive experience. If you are organised, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a supportive educational setting, we encourage you to apply and become a valued member of our community.

Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, along with proven administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft applications. You will also need to work independently, setting priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

We offer a generous package with benefits including up to 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and College closure days, LGPS, relocation package, free on-site parking and a variety of on-site benefits and discounts.
