As a participant in this program, you will benefit from 12 weeks of on-the-job learning with a diverse community of professionals from a wide range of backgrounds. You'll have access to a vast network of resources, including development support and mentorship from our dedicated team, helping to facilitate a seamless transition as you return to the workforce. About the Opportunity We're currently recruiting for STEM Returners at all levels of experience to join our growing business. We currently have a number of opportunities available which can be tailored to your experience level and we are particularly interested in people with experience in the following areas:

  • Engineering (EC&I, Process, Mechanical, Civil, Safety, Nuclear)
  • Commissioning
  • Project Management
  • Project Controls
  • Engineering Management
  • Depending on the nature of the role, responsibilities could include:
  • Working within multi-disciplinary teams to support the delivery of a varied portfolio of projects
  • Liaising with clients to understand their challenges and develop solutions.
  • Delivering technical work in line with your area of expertise

    Do you have a degree (or equivalent experience) in a STEM discipline?
  • Are you looking for a part-time or flexible role?
  • Our business is growing and we're offering paid 'Returnships' across the U.K. for individuals who have qualifications and/or experience in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths). These 12-week placements are run with the intention of transitioning returners to become permanent members of staff.,
  • A degree (or equivalent demonstrable experience) in a STEM discipline
  • Experience of contributing to the successful delivery of projects
  • Good communication skills and the ability to articulate information to a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability and a proactive approach
