Full Job Description

STK Restaurant, located within ME London Hotel, offers a unique dining experience that combines the ambience of a contemporary steakhouse with the vibrant energy of a lifestyle hotel. Known for our prime cuts of beef, innovative cuisine, and world-class service, STK has established itself as a premier destination for both locals and visitors. We are now seeking an exceptional Head Server to join our team and lead our front-of-house operations. As the Head Server at STK Restaurant, you will be the face of our service team, ensuring that every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. You will lead by example, manage our dedicated servers, and work closely with the kitchen and management teams to maintain our high standards., Mission: Responsible for welcoming guests and customers to the consumption area and representing the area, complying with the highest standards of presentation, discipline, kindness and courtesy to cause the best initial impression regarding a quality service that satisfies the expectations of the customers, earning their recognition and preference. Promote the sale of food and beverages to increase revenue and achieve the defined objectives. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: · Keep their work area tidy and clean with all the equipment and supplies required for the service, keeping menus and bill holders in good condition. · Participate in briefings at the beginning of each shift to get information on dishes of the day, VIPs, groups, events, and general comments and sharing information. · Consistently offer a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests and customers on arrival and departure, always with an impeccable posture and personal presentation. · Greets customers and lead them to their table, walking safely, pointing out any steps or uneven surfaces to avoid accidents. · Responsible for taking reservations by phone, accurately noting customer data: name, time booked, number of diners, place where they are staying and telephone number.
