Join us as a Stock and Admin Control Specialist and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and accurate stock control. If you're driven by organization, efficiency, and a passion for logistics, don't miss out apply today!, Position Summary: In this role you will be responsible for the accurate upkeep and inventory management of the stock file to ensure high levels of accuracy in line with the business KPIs, assist in the investigation of all store credit claims and queries. You will be dealing with enquires, monitoring and reporting on physical stock movements within our WMOS system. Stock Control

  • Accountable for the accuracy of the DC stock file ensuring weekly cycle counts are completed in our Freezer, Chiller and Ambient chambers and all adjustments investigated and processed in line with the DC budget.
  • Manage all promotional stock activity and new product introduction from start to finish in line with the business requirement.
  • Manage the DC D&D account to within the set budgeted targets.
  • Monitor the daily inbound schedules in line with the DC capacity restrictions.
  • Inform QA of any rejections, damages, Use by Date issues or miss-rotated product delivered to the DC by the Supplier that will affect our service to store.
  • Daily warehouse housekeeping maintenance.
  • Cover for Stock and Admin duties when required
  • Management Reporting
  • Run any reports requested by Stock / Warehouse Shift Management team.
  • KPI reporting for dept / warehouse.
  • Shrinkage reporting.
  • Communication
  • Carry out effective shift handover to the Stock Manager including outgoing / incoming goods in clerk.
  • Attend department briefings and weekly meetings when required
  • General
  • Any reasonable request as directed by Stock Admin Manager - Warehouse management.
  • Full compliance with company Health and Safety, QIP, security and environmental KPI's

    Technical competencies
  • Good level of communication both internally and to external suppliers
  • Competent in Microsoft Office - Intermediate Excel and Word
  • Previous experience in a similar data entry, clerical or administration role
  • Minimum level 2 English and Maths
  • Excellent administration, organisation, and time management skills
