Full Job Description

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Stock & Admin Control Supervisor to join our team in Brighouse, supporting our customer, Nutmeg. You will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of stock management across the operations while overseeing the team, ensuring the seamless flow of information and materials between the warehouse, our customers and internal stakeholders.,

  • Managing all aspects of the customer's stock from booking, receipt, put-away, picking and despatch

  • Ensure the recall and reverse flow operations operate efficiently and with minimal impact to stock loss

  • Apply appropriate technical knowledge and skill to contribute to an efficient admin operation including goods in, picking, put-away, PI, loading and dispatch

  • Producing accurate reports for senior management and customer on a daily, weekly and periodical basis

    Experience working within both office and warehouse environments with a comprehensive understanding of integrated operations

  • Previous stock management and admin experience is advantageous

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement to enhance the operation

    This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £30,782.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
