Stock Controller

Responsible for the Accurate Recording Of Stock Location, Quantity, Value And Condition.,

• Booking in good received using company software
• Respond to stock enquiries from the sales team
• Log orders and confirm timescales
• Book stock out to relevant jobs prioritizing due dates
• Allocate serial numbers and producing labels
• Arrange transport
• Identify and investigate trends in stock adjustments
• Investigate stock discrepancies
• Record van stock levels
• Stock level monitoring, identifying when purchase orders need to be raised
• Chase suppliers to make sure delivery due dates are not missed
• Recording of stock location, quantity, value and condition
  
  Experience with word / excel
• Good computer skills including software
• Good numeracy skills
