Stock Controller

As a Stock Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain precise stock levels across our warehouse operations, adhering to strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).,

• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to reconcile stock discrepancies and update records.
• Collaborate with the Stock & System Manager to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate stock records and databases, ensuring timely updates and easy accessibility.
• Monitor customer stock needs and proactively address potential shortages.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including administrative tasks and assisting with other duties as required.
• Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines and warehouse regulations.
  
  Attention to Detail: Meticulous and accurate in all tasks.
• Strong Communication Skills: Effective in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact with colleagues and customers.
• Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally with knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Time Management: Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Adaptability: A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver with a drive to find solutions.
