Full Job Description

The Crown Estate is seeking a dedicated Stock Coordinator to join our team at the Windsor Farm Shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of all stages of stock processing to maintain stock replenishment, drive sales, and deliver optimum product availability.,

  • Product and Supplier Setup: Set up new products and suppliers on the retail system.
  • Stock Ordering: Order new stock and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Re-orders: Place re-orders as needed.
  • Weekly Trade Reports: Produce and act on weekly trade reports.
  • Purchase Orders and GRNs: Issue purchase orders and process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) using the finance system (Agresso).
  • Returns and Credit Notes: Ensure returns and credit notes are processed.
  • Stock Levels: Maintain stock levels at agreed levels.
  • Order Monitoring: Monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and oversee stock receipt.
  • Supply Issues: Identify supply difficulties and offer solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with managers and finance teams to ensure efficient stock coordination and associated reporting.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to warehouse management.
