As the Stock Manager of our Flagship Store of Marylebone, your tasks are as follow be responsible for : Ensure efficient stock management :

  • Master Sézane policies, standards and procedures
  • Organise storage areas
  • Receive, integrate and put away regular deliveries
  • Manage customer returns, defects/retouching/pressing
  • Order consumables and other miscellaneous purchases for the Apartment
  • Make the customer the flat's priority
  • To have a perfect knowledge of the stock in order to meet Customer expectations as efficiently as possible
  • Respond to the needs of the sales team by bringing them the parts requested by customers on the floor
  • Carry out inventories in detail (weekly, rotating, global)
  • Supervise the processing of incoming and outgoing stocks
  • Ensuring that the flat is supplied on a daily basis and that stocks are perfectly tidy
  • Plan deliveries and collection changes
  • Isolate new products for the implementation of new collections
  • Ensuring that after-sales services are properly managed (processing and reimbursement)
  • Ensure that parcels are sent for repair
  • Integrate, scan and store Click & Collect orders
  • Check pending Click & Collect orders (refunds, returns, customer reminders)
  • Manage and develop your team:
  • Plan the organisation of the stock team
  • Integrating new staff
  • Train staff in stock management
  • Create a positive and harmonious working environment
  • Make suggestions for improving procedures
  • Set and monitor clear objectives
  • Make suggestions for improving procedures
  • Develop the skills of your team
  • Regularly report stock issues to the Retail team
  • You have an eye for detail and stock management holds no secrets for you. You understand what's at stake in Retail and don't hesitate to adapt quickly and efficiently. You're not afraid of managing priorities and time. Committed, motivated and proactive, you lead by example and know how to train a team.
