We hope so What you'll do The Pricing & Revenue function oversees the vehicle flow commencing with factory planning, through to vehicle ordering and delivery to UK, culminating in registration to the customer. Reporting into the Volume Optimisation Manager, the Stock Order Co-ordinator will be responsible for everything relating to stock management for direct channels with a particular focus on the demo and showroom allocation, including planning and ordering stock vehicles for this channel in collaboration with the B2C & B2B Operations teams. Through stock and sales reporting and analysis the role will ensure that optimum stock levels are maintained, and sales rates supported, all whilst taking into consideration any allocation and production limitations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work as part of a team to plan and order stock in line with the sales trends and taking into consideration any supply-led constraints
  • Responsible for all showroom ordering and management for the Retailer network as well as new model launch demo ordering
  • Take the lead on stock replenishment for the website and B2B sales channels, including ad hoc demo and showroom replacements
  • Support the ordering teams with any order amendment queries
  • Communicate regularly with the B2B & B2C Operations teams to inform them of any stock related issues
  • Monitor sales trends within the DtC channels to ensure that optimum stock levels and model mixes are maintained
  • Contribute to any ad-hoc projects
  • Develops and maintains good relationships with key stakeholders within VCUK and VCC
  • Manage the relationship between the Pricing & Revenue function and the DtC channels, as well as continuous review of process efficiency
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of the function and seeks to improve
  • Identify any improvements that can be made to systems and reporting
  • Ensure that all processes are scalable in the future

    Strong IT skills particularly MS office, Power BI and other order management software applications
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and draw conclusions from data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and to perform well under pressure
  • An enthusiastic and agile approach to work
  • Flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing environments and goal posts
  • Confident with presenting information to key stakeholders and to a variety of people
  • Efficient and a good attention to detail, particularly when performing administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with integrated ordering systems
  • Automotive experience may be beneficial
