Stock Team Leader

We are currently recruiting a number of Stock Team Leaders to join our expanding site in Sherburn- in -Elmet. You'll be responsible for overseeing a small team of inventory clerks to ensure a complete and exceptional service is provided to our customers, whilst building effective relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders, taking full responsibility for your team performance, reviewing objectives regularly and providing the required training and development to ensure continual success.,

• Providing leadership and guidance for the stock team to enable them to meet objectives, encouraging open communication between them to address any potential issues effectively and in a timely manner


• Developing effective relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders


• Proactively manage the daily stock activities while ensuring all IT warehouse systems are maintained and ensure all data is accurate and up to date


• Ensure that sufficient resources are allocated and utilised to drive a culture of delivering high levels of service

• Strong Inventory management experience in a warehousing/logistics environment, ideally in 3PL


• In-depth knowledge of inventory processes and stock management

We are currently recruiting for multiple positions, working with some of the world's most renowned customers, including Asda, Sports Shoes, and TJX. We offer both full-time, permanent roles as well as 6-month Fixed-Term Contracts (FTC). We have various shift patterns available including Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30, and 4 on 4 off, 06:00 - 18:00. This will be discussed during the interview stage., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000 per annum. In addition, we offer up to 33 days of annual leave (depending on the shift pattern) as well as the option to buy additional days.
