Stockroom Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail stockroom. The successful candidate will have a passion for the brand and play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management, timely stock replenishment, and compliance with safety and operational standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a well-organised and functional stockroom to support store operations and enhance the customer experience. Please note this role requires flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends based on business needs.,

• Proven experience in a retail stockroom or inventory supervisor/management role
• Good communication and social skills
• Implement and enforce stockroom systems, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and work with management to address shortages or overstock situations.
• Work closely with sales floor staff to ensure timely restocking of merchandise.
• Assist in preparing for promotional events, new product launches, or seasonal inventory changes.
