Full Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity as a Stocktake Assistant within Business Support and stores to support the delivery of streams of work crafted to support and improve stores ensuring we always serve customers, communities and the planet a little better everyday.

We are looking for someone to go above and beyond, making a difference to customers and colleagues and your team.

You will be responsible for:

Complete stock takes in Tesco stores to a high standard, ensuring that great service is delivered consistently across the business
Working at pace and adapting to change, remaining focused in a constantly evolving high pressure environment and performing optimally under pressure
Demonstrating strong communication skills at all times, tailoring your approach and being inclusive to all audiences
Follow strict counting procedures, ensuring great stock takes are delivered consistently
Ability to perform count stock accurately and quickly
Responsible for ensuring stock is counted accurately using a handheld scanners
Building good, caring, relationships, inside and outside their team
Following our business code of conduct and always acting with integrity/due diligence

Self motivated and eager to learn
Ability and motivation to work night shifts regularly
Ability to travel to different stores each night
UK driving license & car
